Chelsea hurts her back

Chelsea hurt her back again! On Saturday afternoon we noticed that Chelsea didnt seem herself and didnt want to walk around much.

We took her to the vet on Monday and they said she has hurt her back but gave medication to try first and see if it comes right. 2 days later it seemed that it had got much worse and eventually she could hardly walk or even get out of her basket to go outside. We then decided to take her to the vet in Johannesburg where they performed another back operation that same night. She stayed at the vet for 4 nights before coming home. I visited her while at the vet and she was so happy to see me.

The hair that was shaved off her back has almost grown back already. We are happy to report that she has made a great recovery!
