Chris & Denise Wedding (July 2014)

In July 2014 Chris and Denise would get married. They decided on a small intimate wedding on a wine farm in Cape Town.

Claudette helped with a lot of the organizing and on the Friday morning we all flew down to the Cape with hand luggage including cakes, wedding dress, suits, decor, etc. People were looking at us carrying these items on a plane! It was Claudette's family's first visit to the Cape so we managed to do some sightseeing on the Friday afternoon. The Saturday was very busy with preparations. It turned out to be a beautiful wedding.

The Sunday we again did some sightseeing before flying back. While waiting to board the plane, Claudette was called over the speakers to go to information, and was then told that a wine bottle had broken inside her luggage. Luckily, when we got the bag, it was a bottle of white wine and didn't cause much damage.
